"Super Strar" is the first album from Le Grand Partir. Their music is elusive, like their leader Théo Lanau and his many influences (Robert Wyatt, Ornette Coleman, Carla Bley, Gastr Del Sol, Marisa Anderson, Lounge Lizards, Fred Frith…). It is a sensitive reflection of our strange world, and the 11 tracks on this album are all attempts to find a way through it.
